Booking & Reservations

How do I book a cab?
You can book via our website booking form, call us at +91 91114-11194, or message on WhatsApp. Our team will confirm your booking within 15 minutes.
Can I book a cab for someone else?
Yes, you can book on behalf of family or friends. Just provide their contact number so the driver can reach them.
How far in advance should I book?
For outstation trips, we recommend booking at least 12–24 hours in advance. For local trips, 2–4 hours is sufficient. Airport pickups can be booked same day.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, call or WhatsApp us before your trip starts and we will accommodate changes based on availability.
How do I cancel a booking?
Call or WhatsApp us to cancel. Free cancellation is available up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup.

Pricing & Payment

Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges at all. The per-KM rate is transparent. Only toll/state tax is charged extra at actual cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards — all accepted.
Is advance payment required?
No advance payment. You pay the driver directly at the end of your trip.
How is the fare calculated for outstation trips?
For one-way trips: actual KMs × per-KM rate + driver allowance (included) + tolls. For round trips, return KMs are also charged.
Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
Yes! We have corporate accounts and loyalty discounts. Contact us for details.

Vehicles & Drivers

Are all drivers verified?
Yes, all drivers are police-verified with commercial driving licenses and undergo background checks before joining.
Are vehicles GPS tracked?
Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with GPS. You can share your live location with family for safety.
Are the cars AC?
All our vehicles are fully air-conditioned unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
What if the car breaks down mid-trip?
We have a backup vehicle arrangement. In case of a breakdown, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I request a specific car model?
You can request a preference and we will try our best to fulfill it, subject to availability.

Outstation & Packages

Is one-way outstation available?
Yes! We specialize in one-way outstation cabs. You pay only for the distance you travel.
What is included in outstation packages?
Our packages typically include fuel, driver allowance, and state tax. Tolls are extra. Check individual package details.
Do drivers know the local routes?
Our drivers are experienced on all major routes and use GPS for navigation.
Is night driving available?
Yes, we operate 24/7. Night charges (10 PM–6 AM) may apply.

Airport Transfers

What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. If your flight is delayed, our driver will wait at no extra charge.
How early should I book an airport pickup?
Book at least 3–4 hours before your flight for domestic, 5–6 hours for international.
Do you offer meet & greet service?
Yes, our driver will meet you at the arrival terminal with a name board.
