1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Confirmation is provided via call or SMS within 15 minutes of booking.
- Providing accurate pickup/drop details is the customer's responsibility.
3. Fares & Charges
- Fares are calculated based on actual kilometers traveled.
- Tolls, parking, and state taxes are charged at actuals.
- Night charges (10 PM – 6 AM) of ₹100–₹250 may apply depending on vehicle.
- Waiting charges of ₹1–₹3 per minute may apply after 30 minutes free waiting.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 1 hour before pickup: No charge.
- Cancellations within 1 hour of pickup: ₹100–₹300 cancellation fee may apply.
- No-show after driver arrival: Full minimum fare charged.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the pickup location on time.
- Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged.
- Carrying of illegal items is strictly prohibited.
- Children must be accompanied by adults.
6. Company Liability
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings in our vehicles.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
